Refund policy
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only for the following reasons:
- Defective / damaged product (manufacturing defect, stains, tear, missing buttons)
- Wrong product received (different size, color, or style than ordered)
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Fit issues due to body shape (unless size chart was inaccurate)
- Delayed delivery (unless excessive beyond 15 business days)
2. Return Period
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery date. After 7 days, no return will be accepted.
3. Condition for Return
Garment must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. Innerwear, lingerie, and accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact us at “ethnicweav@gmail.com” or WhatsApp [8129880336 ] with Order ID and photo/video of the issue.
Step 2: Our team will approve or reject within 2 business days.
Step 3: If approved, we will arrange a free pickup (for metros & major cities) or ask you to self-ship (shipping charges reimbursed up to ₹99).
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product (within 5–7 business days), refund will be processed as:
Payment Method Refund Mode Time Taken
Credit/Debit Card Reversal to same card 7–10 business days
UPI/Net Banking Refund to same UPI/bank account 5–7 business days
Digital Wallet Wallet refund 3–5 business days
If self-shipped, return shipping charges (up to ₹99) will be refunded along with the product price.
6. Non-Refundable Charges
- Original shipping charges (if order was below free shipping threshold)
- Return shipping beyond ₹99 (if self-shipping costs more)
7. Partial Refunds / Rejections
Refund may be reduced or rejected if product is returned without tags, washed, stained, or missing original packaging.
