Shipping policy

1. Shipping Zones

We currently ship across India to all states and union territories, including rural and urban areas. We do NOT ship internationally at this time.

2. Payment Confirmation & Shipping

Since we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD), orders are shipped only after successful online payment (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or digital wallets).

3. Shipping Partners

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depends on product weight and location
Shipping charges are per order, not per item.

5. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays). Customised or bulk orders may take one week business days to process.

6. Delivery Time

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–7 business days
Remote/North-East areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or courier delays.
